Mobile Notary Prices and Service Fees to Los Angeles County Cities.
We provide Mobile Notary Services (AKA Traveling Notary Services) to all areas of Los Angeles County. The prices charged depend on the time of day and distance traveled. We may also charge more, depending on long we must wait for our clients to begin signing.
Places that we notarize
We travel to almost anywhere- homes, businesses, movie studios, movie location shoots, hospitals. Areas served- Hollywood, Los Angeles, Culver City, Inglewood, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, Westchester, Hawthorne, Glendale, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Burbank, Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, Vernon, La Mirada, Norwalk, Downey, El Segundo, Lawndale, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Trousdale Estates, Holmby Hills, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and many more areas in LA County!
Regular Charges for Mobile Notary Services
We have a base travel fee of $55 for travel to homes or businesses during the hours of 10:00AM to 5:00PM, with slightly higher prices for travel outside of these time periods. We also may charge more depending of time and distance. There is a maximum standard Notary fee (for Jurats and Acknowledgments) of $15 per notarized signature in California. For personal documents only, we offer a discount of $5 per notarized signature after the first 2 notarized signatures charged at full price. For businesses, we offer a discount of $5 per notarized signature after the first 5 notarized signatures notarized at full price.
Waiting Fee
If we show up on-time to an appointment, we will be happy to wait for the signer to begin signing the paperwork, for up to 15 minutes, free of charge. However, once the 15 minutes have passed, there will be a wait charge of $15, plus $2 per minute (a rate of $120 per hour) beginning on the 16th minute. This fee is both fair and warranted, since we will have to re-arrange our scheduled plans to accommodate the signer(s). After 1 hour of waiting, the Waiting Fee may increase to the rate of $2 per minute ($120 per hour).
Parking Fees
Clients must pay our parking fees for any business location that we visit which requires paid parking, including Hospitals and other business locations in Downtown Los Angeles.

Starbucks Special
We provide Mobile Notary Services for our clients to any Starbucks location within 10 miles of David’s home office location, for a $20 travel fee, plus $15 per notarized signature (with travel fee slightly more for further locations). Remember, the Starbucks Special works at any and all Starbucks locations that we agree to travel to. It also works at any coffee shop, Winchell’s and Yum Yum donut shop, fast food or restaurant location of your choosing.
