We provide three basic services:
Walk-In Notary Services (by appointment only- call David at (323)393-5822
Mobile Notary Services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. (Traveling Notary Services). We travel to homes, businesses, movie studios, film locations, hospitals, bowling alleys and Starbucks locations to notarize your documents. Prices start at $30 when using the Starbucks Special notarization, $45 for notarization at a residence, and $50 for notarization at a business location. Base travel fee is $20 for a Starbucks Special location, $35 for a residential location, and $40 for business locations. Travel fees subject to be higher during rush hours and during evening and early morning hours. Notarization fee is $10 per signature. If we arrive and the signer is not yet ready to sign the documents for any reason, a waiting fee may be charged after we wait 15 minutes, at the rate of $1 per minute.
Rush Mail Order Apostille and Document Legalization Services (for documents signed by certain California Public officials, including Notary Publics) We process your documents from the State of California at the Los Angeles office of California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, to get a California Apostille or California Signature Authentication for you. Documents can include: California Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, Transcripts from school (University, College, High School, Jr. High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and other schools), Court Orders including Divorce Decrees, State of California Criminal Background Check, and more. Pricing is as follows: $95 for first document, $50 for each additional document, plus a minimum travel fee of $20 to any location.
