Owner David L. Ransom Jr. dreamt up the idea of a Mobile Notary Service in Hollywood  while working at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, and after having worked at Fed Ex as a courier in Hollywood.  With his attention to detail and business experience at Disney and Fed Ex, David decided to start a Notary business,  serving local businesses and individuals.  David learned HTML and designed and built the original predecessor of this website.

After a couple of years of running this business, David decided to study Acting, and began formal study at the Joanne Baron/DW Brown Studio in Santa Monica, where David completed the 2-year program of rigorous study of the Meisner Technique, all the while still running his Notary and Document Legalization Business.

Through the years, David has continued to improve this Notary business, offering an impressive cadre of services, including Apostille Services, Embassy Legalization Services, and special assignments from major film corporations.

We are always seeking clients who are fun to work with (we have a few that we’ve been working with consistently for 15 years now, and we love them!), and who respect the quality and precision of David’s work.
