OUR FEES

Notary Fees Schedule

We charge the maximum Notary Fees allowed by law for the State of California. Additional fees may be charged for any Mobile Notary Travel Fees, After Hours Door Fees or Other Special Fees. Notary Fees are as follows:

• Acknowledgments – $15 per notarized signature
• Jurats – $15 per notarized signature
• Oaths and Affirmations – $15 per Oath or Affirmation taken
• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney – $15 per copy certified.
• Protests – As agreed between myself and the approved Financial Institution who hires me.

OTHER FEES 

Travel Fees

Mobile Notary Service to locations other than our office.  $50 standard charge. Additional fees of $5 to $200 depending on the location, time of day, etc.  Travel fees can be avoided if you come to our location on Virginia Road in Los Angeles, by appointment.

Waiting Fee

We provide a 15 minutes grace period (no charge)  for waiting up to 15 minutes for a signing to begin. After waiting 15 minutes, we charge  $1 per minute during first hour, then  $2 per minute for 2 hours and beyond.  Unless it was disclosed to us in advance of the appointment, waiting beyond 2 hours may cause the appointment to be ended before the signing is completed,  and payment will be due immediately.

Document Printing Fees

Document Printing Fees (for loan documents and more): $0.50 per page.

Loan Signing Fees

Loan Signing Rates: $175 for signing up to 150 pages, and $1 per page beyond that.  Does not include printing the documents, the fees for which are described in previous paragraph.

Drop Off Fees

We charge an additional $15 to drop off documents at Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or at the United States Postal Service.

Typing Fees

We can type your documents if you wish.  You should already have a printed or hand-written document for us to type from.  Upon acceptance of a typed document from us by you,  you agree that the document is satisfactory to you.
