The list above is commonly referred to as the Apostille Country List.  It is also known as an Apostille Country Roster, or just an Apostille List.

The California Secretary of State and the US Department of State  provide authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside of the United States of America. The country of destination determines whether the authentication will be an Apostille or Certification.   Any documents requested for use in any of the countries of destination listed above would be issued as “Apostilles” from these 2 government agencies.  In addition to the State of California and the U.S. Federal Government, all other states of the U.S.A. issue Apostilles through their own individual authorized agencies, for documents signed by public officials in those states.  In most cases (but not all), they are issued by the Secretary of State of each state.

If you need to get an Apostille from any US State, we will gladly assist you with that!
