California Apostilles Starting at $69 each, plus government fees – 2017 Services

If you need to get an Apostille from the California Secretary of State, we are now offering California Apostilles for as low as $69 plus government fees, for the first Apostille in your order.  Additional California Apostilles are as low as $49 each, plus government fees.   We process all California Apostille orders within 1 business day of receipt.  Unless shipping is arranged and paid for through us, all documents are available for pick up at our office by appointment, up to 11PM during weekdays and up to 7PM on weekends, by appointment.

We are conveniently located in Mid-City Los Angeles, with plenty of free street parking.  We accept documents for Apostille from 10AM up to 11PM during weekdays (by appointment), and from 11AM to 7PM on weekends by appointment.

Government fees at the California Secretary of State in Los Angeles are $20 per Apostille, plus $6.00 per public official name on your documents.  Each document has a public official’s name, but $6.00 is charged for each different name on your set of documents.  For example, if you have 4 documents that have all been notarized by the same notary, you will pay $20 x 4 = $80 for the Apostilles, plus $6 x 1 official’s name = $6 for the name, or $86 total in government fees for your order, plus $69 + 3 x $55 = $69 + $165 = $234 in government fees.  Your total would be $86 + $234 = $320.00.   The government fees quoted here are for documents that bear the signatures of public officials who are on file with the California Secretary of State only- these include signatures of all active Notaries Public, and all County Clerks, County Recorders, and County Registrars, and the State Registrar of Public Health in Sacramento, as well as all Judges and Clerks of the California Superior Court, and the Governor and other key personnel who work for the State of California.   Other documents issued in California at the County level may require additional authentication prior to being sent to our office- if in doubt, give us a call!

If your documents need notarization in order to receive Apostilles (which is the case for Transcripts, School Records, Diplomas, copies of Driver License or Passport, Power of Attorney,  other legal documents),  you should know that we do provide Notary Services for $10.00 per notarized signature, for Acknowledgments or Jurats.
