We are the most advanced, most dependable Apostille Service Company in California.  We can customize your order to your needs.   We are fast and efficient.  You will always be able to get us on the phone.  Once we receive your documents, you will always know where your documents are, how fast it will take for them to be processed, and the Fed Ex or other shipping company’s tracking number, once the package is shipped.  We have experience with getting Apostilles for all kinds of documents.  A successful Apostille job often starts with a great Notary Public, and we have one of the best- David Ransom.  We allow documents to be picked up from our location, if desired, by appointment. We know all about processing documents for authentications, whether you are having an Apostille from the California Secretary of State, a Federal Apostille processed by the Dept. of State in Washington DC, or an Authentication processed at any County Clerk’s office in California. We can usually process your California Apostille order and have it ready for delivery or pickup in 4 hours or less, if desired.  We have performed thousands of authentications for thousands of clients over the years, and nobody does it better than we do!  For the price that we charge, and the level of service that you will receive, you will not find a better value in an Apostille Service.   We will always be truthful and realistic when we tell you what we are capable of doing, and our Google and Yelp reviews speak for themselves.  We also provide Authentications at Embassies and Consulates for several countries.  We are experienced shippers with Fed Ex, DHL and the United States Postal Service (but we ONLY ship with Fed Ex, unless we are forced to do otherwise).  We regularly ship documents internationally, with Fed Ex mostly, to destinations all over the world, especially Mexico and China.

You can either make an appointment to bring your document to us in-person at our office address (4025 W. Adams Blvd. #8, Los Angeles, CA 90018) or you can ship the documents to us at the same address, along with your documents, our California Apostille Order Form, your documents, and Payment.

For California Apostilles we charge only $95 for the first document in your order, and $75 for each additional document.

Document Approval

We must see your documents, or at least talk to you on the phone about them, before you send them.  You may either text a photo of your documents to us or send an email to hollywoodnotary@gmail.com, so that we may review your documents to make sure that they are eligible to receive an Apostille or other Authentication.

Documents may be picked up from our office when ready (by appointment), sent via Fed Ex Express or Fed Ex Ground, or DHL.    For Southern California clients, we charge $30 for Fed Ex Express and $20 for Fed Ex Ground shipments.  We can conveniently bill your Fed Ex account,  if desired.

Payment For Services

We accept  payments by Cash, Credit Cards, Pay Pal Payments, U.S. Postal Money Orders, Business Checks (from approved businesses, which include large, well-known corporations and LLC’s), Disney Dollars,  Western Union, and Venmo.   Please do not ship cash to us– we only collect it when we see you in person!

Document Pick-Up and Mobile Notary Services for Local Clients

For local clients (within a 25 mile radius of our West Adams Boulevard location), we provide Mobile Apostille Services and Mobile Notary Services.   Pickup and Mobile Notary Services start at $50.00, in addition to the cost of the Apostille Services that you need and shipping charges that you choose.  For Notary Services we charge $15.00 per notarized signature (on an Acknowledgment or Jurat).

Retrieving Your Documents

If you choose to not have your documents shipped to you by Fed Ex,  you may pick them up at our office on West Adams Blvd., by appointment, at your convenience.

You are always welcome to pick up your documents from us same-day at our West Adams Boulevard location, at no additional charge, by appointment only.  We are generally available all day, by appointment, up to 11PM.

All packages, letters and documents sent to our company at this address are picked up daily.  Packages that arrive before 12PM are guaranteed to have the California Apostille process started the same-day, and generally most documents will be shipped out that same day.

You can meet us at our office to drop off documents.  If your documents need notarization, they can also be notarized for $15 per notarized signature.  Multi-signature discounts are available for our notary services.  All Office visits must be scheduled by appointment.

Embassy and Consulate Legalization Services

We also offer Embassy and Consulate Legalization Services for most consulates in the Los Angeles, California area.  Some Consulates that we can process your documents for include: Brazil, China, Ecuador, Indonesia, Italy,  Kuwait, Paraguay,  the Philippines, Spain and Thailand.  Pricing for local consulates is $125,  plus $75  per document in your order, plus local Consulate fees (for personal documents, business documents have slightly higher pricing).
